Endless Disposable slings – Single use or more

These Endless disposable slings are also often known as an endless one way sling or one trip lifting slings. These types of lifting slings from Rope Services Direct adhere to the latest legislation with a breaking load safety factor of 7:1. Therefore they do not always need to be thrown away after just one use like the old 5:1 specification slings and thus are safer and much more economical.

One way endless slings are used by manufacturers for lifting and moving large structures within the construction industry. This can often include roof trusses and timber, housing panels and walls. They are also ideal for raising yachts, boats and barges into dry dock for maintenance or to be moved to a different location. This type of lifting sling is used to lift the load and placed on its transportation, the sling will stay in position throughout the operation until it is off-loaded at its final  destination where it is usually removed. It is at this point that the slings were typically discarded, however after inspection if they have no defects they may be re-used. 

About 25 mm Endless One Way Slings

These slings comply with the latest safety standards for hoisting and can be supplied with this endless, unbroken design that makes them suitable for a range of lifting applications. When it comes to the size we can supply these slings with a circumference from 1 metre up to 6 metres as standard. Remember this is the circumference not the useable length which will be half, for example a 4 metre circ. sling when laid flat will measure 2 metres long.

These endless single use slings can handle loads up to 250kg, regardless of length.

Endless One Way Slings – 50 MM Wide

These endless one trip slings offer a completely closed loop. Ideal for lifting, load-bearing and other common tasks. They can handle much heavier loads than the 25mm variety with a maximum safe working load of 1500kg. Our team can manufacture these slings in any length up to 6 metres as standard.
